How to make a complaint

At Kiwi Car Loans we pride ourselves by listening to our customers' needs, and continually growing and improving our products and services as a result.

  • If you have a complaint about your loan, The finance company or our service, the way the loan was sold to you, or the way your claim is being handled, here's what you should do.

Step 1.  Email us using our Contact Email or by contacting us on 0800 008 888.

  • If Kiwi Car Loans staff are unable to resolve the matter, they'll refer it to the appropriate person who'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve your complaint within 15 business days. If further investigation is required, they'll discuss an alternative time frame with you.
  • If you're not satisfied with the outcome in regards to your complaint made towards the finance company, you are able to contact Financial Services Complaints Limited.
